AIA MPF has launched the “LET’S WORK TOGETHER” campaign, which aims at encouraging employment of persons with disabilities by offering incentives such as management fees rebate to existing MPF corporate clients who employ persons with disabilities. By making more job opportunities available, AIA MPF hopes to help persons with disabilities build a financially stable life and a solid foundation for their desired retirement.

It is the first charitable job matching platform of its kind to bring together energetic young talents with disabilities who are committed to changing the way employers and society look at people with disabilities. More than 30 corporations have joined the network and CareER has successfully paired over 50 job matches so far.
